I've always held a deep fascination for the intricate world of Wine & Spirits, appreciating how the same grape can yield distinctive nuances simply by flourishing on the opposite bank of the river. Factors such as wind, terrain, sunlight, and rainfall, coupled with the influence of nearby herbs, have the power to transform the flavors and essence of a prospective libation.
Equipped with a professional bartender's diploma, my career journey has encompassed diverse roles within the realm of restaurants and bars. However, my ultimate aspiration was to ascend to the esteemed title of a genuine sommelier, an achievement necessitating attainment from the prestigious WSET sommelier school, renowned as the finest worldwide.
My current aspiration is to attain the exalted status of a master sommelier. Presently, I fulfill the role of a private sommelier while also serving as the proprietor of the exquisite 'Turkish Chef Restaurant and Wine Bar.' The wines featured on my menu are meticulously handpicked, personally sampled by myself to ensure an unwavering commitment to excellence.
